1st Mahinog Off-Road Triathlon
About the Event
The municipality of Mahinog, Camiguin will be staging the 1st Mahinog Off-Road Triathlon this coming March 30, 2013 at the Taguines Lagoon (near the Benoni Port). The swim leg will be staged inside the Taguines Lagoon while the bike and run leg will be staged around the Taguines Lagoon perimeter. The bike leg features a challenging and scenic route composed of a combination of rocky, off-road terrain and long stretches of concrete highway. The finish line features a picture-perfect view of the Camiguin coastline. Race briefing will be conducted at the race venue on Friday, March 29, 2013 at 3:00 o' clock in the afternoon. Race kits will be handed to participants during the race briefing. Deadline for registration will be on March 29, 2013.

Swim: 1.5Km (2 loops x 750m)
Bike: 18Km (1 loop)
Run: 10Km (3 loops x 3.34Km)
Categories are INDIVIDUAL and TEAM RELAY.
Registration Fee
P1,000.00 pesos per participant (inclusive of Buffet Meal)

Swim Course
The swim course inside the Taguines Lagoon. Participants must complete 2 loops of 750 meters each to complete the required 1.5 kilometer swim.
Bike Course
The bike course has an approximate length of about 18 kilometers. The course features several off-road climbs, single-track roads, steep drops and vast lengths of concrete roads.
Run Course
The run course is composed of 3 loops of approximately 3.3 kilometers each to complete the required 10 kilometers for the run. The finish line is about 100 meters from the roadside and provides a scenic view of the Taguines Lagoon.
